Athena is amazing. After visiting her I felt instantly balanced. I went into the session with a lot of emotion but she made me feel seen for who I am and helped ground me. I recently had a reading with Athena and it has been very eye opening and so helpful. Ive been struggling alot with myself internally and she recommended a chakra cleansing. she picked up that I had trouble with my upper chakras especially with my throat which made sense because lately I have been having so much discomfort and tension in my throat! she also said my most troublesome chakra is my solar plexus as well. Ive been having a lot of anxiety, tension, and difficulty with weightloss and digestion for a very long time now. so we’ve decided to work on my solar plexus first! im looking forward to seeing the results! I will update soon!

UPDATE: I finished my solar plexus chakra work with Athena and omg… the difference is loud. I feel so lightweight in my stomach now where It used to always feel like stored tension. My confidence has skyrocketed. I feel so secure in myself & my social anxiety has really lessened. Im a waitress whos a little on the awkward side w ppl i dont know. but now I can easily let my personality shine thru and feel comfortable to be myself. Ive also noticed I lost some weight and my digestion has improved. I will be coming back soon to work on other chakras with her. thank you!
