My experience with Brainstorm was the most frustrating experience I have had since I started doing business. They had 7 months to work on our account and failed to finish before a very important deadline, which they were informed about from the beginning.

There was no sense of urgency while working on our account and they simply didn’t seem to care about the negative impact it would have on our business. We were charged close to 20k and received about 2k in work done. To add insult to injury, they blamed us for not getting things done in time. I would not recommend Brainstorm to anyone I cared about and I wish we had not listened to the person who recommended them to us.
