I came in with months of consistent neck and head pain, and Tracy worked with me. Not only was it deeply relaxing, but she explained what was going on, worked deeply in those muscle groups, and completely fixed the issue. I haven’t had pain since! She also gave me exercises and stretches that would help prevent it from coming back. Highly highly recommend

I had a lovely yoga session with Ashley. I was hesitant to attend a group class, as I am still regaining strength after being sick last year. I lucked out during the quiet holiday time to have been the only participant, and since Ashley was so tuned in, patient, and easy to follow, I know a group setting will be wonderful as well.
