Called twice about a reckless driver on HWY 119 and was hung up on the first time and the second time I was transferred to Boulder 911 who did not pick up my call. The place of incident was in Boulder County's jurisdiction. No excuse for the lack of help. I wanted that guy pulled over because he almost hit my car and was laughing about it. Thanks for not helping.

I called today to provide additional information related to an emergency call already made. They connected the dots and got the information through. I was very impressed with their professionalism and speed. Related but not the same team: I was also amazed at how quickly emergency response was able to get up to a house in a remote mountain location.
