I LOVE THIS GYM! Everything about it! They believe more in me than I believe in myself… all of the trainers are so nice and they will push you, when you can’t do it they will help you and won’t make you feel bad about it or switch the exercise a bit so you can do it and build strength.
it’s been 12 days since I started and I see differences already. Starting with the strength in my knee, the way my clothes is starting to fit as well. The best way to start my morning, Can’t wait to continue, thank you guys for being amazing and a safe place!❤️

Honestly I am so thankful I found this All Women Gym it has been life changing for me since I was a beginner with no prior gym experience or knowledge. I have now been attending this gym for 6months seeing different changes within myself and my health. I have met some amazing people throughout this journey!
Not Only is this an All Women Gym but the strong supportive community that The owner Becca is creating is amazing! They also have a group chat where everyone motivates and supports each other and makes recommendations for meal preps, supplements and more. I also love receiving those early morning motivational messages from Becca on getting your workout in no excuses, doing your cardio and making sure you are getting enough protein and reminding us we are all strong and to continue to get strong everyday with increasing our weights.
Also, Every time you walk into the gym you feel welcomed by all staff members, through out the one hour workout class you have two trainers going around guiding you through each section. I love that each day is different work out!
Mondays -Leg days
Tuesday- Back & Cardio
Wednesday- Glutes
Thursday- Full body
Friday- Leg days

All the trainers are absolutely Amazing!!❤️

I love this gym I been coming a little over a year … everyone is super sweet ? I love my trainers ? mind you I never ever worked out I was always nervous to go alone.. here they make you feel comfortable as possible I highly recommend this gym 10/10 and I’m very picky …. Love you my workout ?️‍♀️ buddies? The owner and her sister are always good on replying to questions you have as well love you guys ❤️

I love the environment they have created at this all-women gym, and I'm so glad my friend introduced me to it! They have stations set up, with trainers walking around to assist, and everyone rotates through the stations.
