On January 2, 2020 Patriot Lab Report claimed several smoke damages throughout the second story of our home, and major deep cleaning needed to be done bases on a level of damages. Alex Arreola, property field adjustor from the insurance company, Steven who is one of the manager of claims at Residence Mutual/Western Mutual decided with Corry Ennen from Signal Restoration Company they will NOT pay us the correct amount of money based on the detail work from Patriot Lab which took photos, and various samples which was submitted to the lab. Keep in mind my mother has breathing problem. After Alex and Corry BOTH gave us clearance we could move back into our home and several stages of deep cleaning was completed Blue Sky Environmental was brought to our home on January 17, 2020 (15 days later) after we have moved back into our home. Mr. Patrick Moffett walked around our home after is was deep clean for several days, his walk through was without taking any simples. His sole purpose was to total argued Patriot Lab Scientific testing was incorrect based on him NOT taking any chemical samples to minimized payout cost. Mr. Moffett did a visual 45 minutes walk through our home while holding a black book taking notes here and there. These above companies EXCEPT for Patriot Lab are at minimum NOT following the policies of the State of California Insurance Policies and laws.

As a fresh student out of the IICRC AMRT course in Calgary, Alberta Canada Instructed by Patrick Moffett...Patick First of all I can not thank you enough for not only the IICRC knowledge you have been able to bring and teach our class with,  but also the personal and professional experience you present and are so willing to pass on to us as an Instructor to the student. It is imesearable. You have truly impacted my life, views and roles,  as a Technician in the Emergency response industry within canada and the IICRC. I have to say that this is the most informative course that I have attended, and the absolute most enjoyable course. I truly hope you do not get replaced by computers because there is no technology on the face of the earth that could ever replace your teaching methods, experience, true life stories and knowledge. Computers and technology are truly unable to recreate the knowledge you bring to this course as a very (appreciated) over experienced professional. Bringing your expertise to the course its self , and being  able to recreate the experience and continue to express how important the knowledge of the past is ( whether its building materials,  ages of buildings or just aditional safety tips for us as workers in the field) is.. extremely important to know in the present day. I am an extremely dedicated Technician in our industry, whether recognized or not, I hope to carry on your teaching lessons,  courses and phenomenal experiences and opportunities to every restoration employee I meet in the present and future. Patrick Moffett I can not begin to thank you for the incredible work you have done for the world ,The IICRC, and ESPECIALLY the uncertain Technicians looking for larger purpose in life such as myself.
You have changed my life, my perspective of restoration and my experience with the IICRC.  I can not thank you enough Patrick. You have truly created a new technician out of me.
