I was at a point that I felt “stuck” and needed guidance, I was done with being on a hamster wheel. I knew traditional therapy wasn’t a road I wanted to go down and within a few months of research, I knew I needed a coach that had a spiritual background. Honestly, I was skeptical because who isn’t calling themselves a “coach” these days? I connected with Liz’s message and couldn’t be happier to have her in my corner. Our sessions are strategic, focused on real challenge(s) I am looking to solve, she will cut through noise, set weekly attainable goals AND keeps me accountable.

Since working with Liz I’ve been able to focus my attention and have seen real change in the last few months. While coaching doesn’t require me to unfold my past like traditional therapy, she identified patterns that were being drawn from past hurt that I wasn’t able to heal from. I didn’t think of them as issues, just my reality. Well they were issues! The help of her spiritual knowledge and connections allowed me to work through what I thought was the impossible, “letting go” of a huge loss that I dealt with 8 years ago. I have put a tremendous dent in my healing work that I wasn’t even planning to work through. Liz works with me at my level, although I know and feel her spiritual depth where I would aspire to be one day. The crazy thing, I didn’t even come to her for that, I was looking for career advice.

Liz is INCREDIBLE!!!!!! I have been coaching with her for a couple months and in just this short time I've accomplished finishing school, starting my business and building clients!!!!!!!! Is that not insane?! She has helped me TREMENDOUSLY with overcoming fear, procrastination, get past old beliefs, and really become clear on my dream. I am incredibly grateful to have found Liz. I approached Liz seeking a coach (more so an accountability partner) in order to explore a new career role for me. There was an uncertainty in my current role and had a 2-3 months before that uncertainty could convert into a negative reality for me. Liz had a great framework to guide me through the phase of self-discovery and gave me right nudges of confidence whenever needed. During the execution phase she was a great cheer-leader in my corner and always held me accountable for my work! A great quality that stands out for Liz, is she does research regarding your problems before hand and is well -prepped for each session.
