Wonderful experience. Rooms were a little dated but very comfortable. Had a great view of the mountains. Food was definitely expensive at the restaurant/market in the hotel, but we made full use of the kitchen in the suite. Amazing amenities (pool/hot tub/sauna) and the staff were friendly. Shout out to the shuttle drivers who were very nice. Totally walkable to the town if it wasn't so cold when we were there.

Beaver Run Ski Resort is our favorite place to ski, and for good reason! We’ve visited several times, and every trip has been wonderful. The convenience to the ski lift and the onsite ski lockers are unbeatable—no need to hassle with riding a bus to get to the slopes.

This time, we especially loved our condo. It was spacious enough for our family of four, including two teenagers, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We highly recommend Beaver Run for a seamless, comfortable, and fun ski vacation. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We come back every year for a truly ski-in/ski-out experience in building 4. Location, location, location!! Love the fireplace and kitchenette. The microwave is also a convection oven. The fridge is quite small, but there is enough room for a few meals. Love the Colorado suite. It has a private toilet, and separate shower which made getting ready quite convenient for A family of 4. Love the hot tubs specifically for building 4 with a shower room and common room with a fireplace.

Rooms are okay - very dated and could use a facelift. Sheets are old. I liked the studio option to have the kitchenette, that was really nice.

Better signage around the resort would be nice too, I parked in the garage and had a hard time finding how to get to my room and from my room to the conference center. The front desk explains it, but they talk to fast and there are so many turns, bridges, and elevators you have to take there’s no way I would remember anyway. The closeness to the slopes is nice. Restaraunts are not very good, low quality cheap food for high prices.

We are returning guests because you can’t beat the location, ambiance of the rooms and amenities. Beaver Run has continually provided great service. We enjoy waking up to Mountain Views from our bed, coffee and Mountain View’s from the couch with a wood fire burning. The Wonderfully deep soaking tub. A service team that is quick to address any issue with kindness. The outdoor hot tub, enjoyed in the morning and evenings with peaks, pine and aspen surrounding. The Exceptional Colorado-blue sky. Drive a few blocks (or walk!) to the riverfront walkway or downtown shops. The city market is 2 min away for your groceries. We love making a good breakfast with the fully stocked kitchen so we can enjoy lazy mornings… and a backup frozen pizza or soup and cornbread from the store for an early night in. But the dining in Breckenridge is divine and you want to take advantage of the many quality restaurants and adult beverages! Beaver Run units make you want to move in and never go home.

Book here as a Colorado Resident all the time. Wife broke her foot so we couldn’t come up for our normal weekend. Hotels.com and Beaver run took the liberty of not allowing their frequent customer to push the stay to another day. Took my $1500 for 2 nights and told me to pound sand. Very likely they would have rented my room to someone else anyway as these are almost always sold out, and for a premium. I would rather stay at the Motel 6, 30 miles away and drive, pay for parking, walk to the lift than book here or through hotels.com again. I’ve used this app and stayed at this very hotel multiple times. Never again, the service experience alone should be enough to for anyone to avoid. Highly *don’t* recommend. Prices are just a gouge of your pocket, hotel is fine but rooms definitely do not match the price. Obviously being a multiple booking customer per year and local family doesn’t matter. You book a month or 2 out and they still stick you with the non refundable purchase. I’ve never had to change our reservation so I’ve always just closed my eyes and accepted they are going to gouge me for $700/night. After this experience, I’m out.

It is not worth the price. There is a resort fee for every day you stay. In addition every meal, every sandwich, literally everything you buy has a resort fee. Every public area is cold. Hallways, eating areas are cold. There is only one restaurant open after 5:00 pm and it is sub quality for the price. There is a daily car parking fee. The advertised 5 min shuttle service to downtown is not true in reality. The shuttle arrives every 20 to 40 min, random times due to traffic and the GPS system does not really work. Most days there was only one driver working. The only good thing is the resort is truly ski in - ski out to the Beaver Run lift and the employees are very polite and professional. The problem is the management and the business model. I would not stay there again.

We will definitely be back at Beaver Run! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There's multiple pools, hot tubs, and restaurants. In this resort there's something for everyone. The room we stayed in was a bit outdated but the ambiance of the resort made up for it. We went over Thanksgiving and the ski conditions were perfect! I highly recommend this place. If possible, I recommend booking rooms on floors 4 and up for the best views of the mountains and city.
