I recently attended the EDC + Vehicle Level 1 course and found it to be highly worthwhile. This course effectively combines critical skills for everyday carry with practical vehicle-based scenarios.

From the outset, the focus on accuracy when drawing and shooting from concealment was essential, and the smooth progression to incorporating speed felt natural and intuitive. The instruction on shooting from various seated positions, including both the driver's side and passenger's side, was incredibly valuable--especially learning how to shoot effectively toward your strong hand side as well as across your body to the opposite side. It was great to have the opportunity to practice these techniques in a controlled environment and a great instructor.

You can dry fire all day, but there's nothing like getting out and being able to train and learn these techniques with live fire. The sounds and adrenaline are very different from dry firing or simply shooting down a lane, making the experience much more realistic and beneficial.

The drills, which included both individual and team exercises, were engaging and enhanced our interaction. Egos, if any, were left at the gate and Lee's teaching style stood out--his approach made the class enjoyable and interactive while ensuring that even those with minimal experience (me), as well as veterans with over a decade of shooting (including competition shooters), walked away having gained new insights.

I highly recommend this course for shooters at any level. Even if you excel in competitions, this course prepares you for the unpredictability of real-life situations, equipping you with the skills needed for those critical moments.

Lee’s a great instructor that finds the balance between being easy going so you feel comfortable while also challenging you to push yourself. Further, his instruction gives you real practical reps with skills that you will need if you ever have to use a firearm for self defense. Bearly Training Did an excellent job with this intro to Low Light/No Light shooting class. This class allowed us the students the opportunity to exercise all of our equipment and push the limits of our ability and chosen equipment. I think everyone walked away thinking a little different about their equipment. Highly recommend this class.

Lee was an excellent instructor for the EDC +V class. Very professional and also fun in his style of teaching. Everything had a purpose or a real world scenario. Instruction emphesized on safety and efficiency in execution. Also liked the opportunity to speak about the class in the AAR. Highly recommended.

Lee is a great instructor! I’ve taken multiple classes from him and love his teaching style. Lee builds on the foundational skills for the harder stuff. Lee talks less and is more about training.. he’s also very patient!! Highly recommended!

If you carry a gun, it is a must to train. This takes your training a higher level as Lee will engage you, and push you to be better. The drills and concept of the class is tailored to "real life scenarios" where all hell has broken loose and you do what needs to be done as reasonably safe as you can. Highly recommend the EDC+V class!

CQB primer course-

Fantastic instruction, demonstration, pacing, and class structure. Everyone received constructive instruction in a very safe and methodical approach to effectively teach all the participants at the class I was in.

I personally felt like I grew a lot in just around six hours that my class took place. Our instructor Lee definitely puts out the feeling that he truly wants to see his students grow together as a class, which I felt we did.

Bearly Training is a super welcoming group to train with, can't wait for my next class!
