I would highly recommend Back to Fitness for any and every level of fitness. Sid knows his stuff. He is highly trained and knowledgeable in whole body movement and anatomy. I came to Back to Fitness looking for help in rehabbing a hip injury that I just couldn’t address on my own. I have learned so much about planes of movement, stability, muscle imbalances, nutrition, internal vs external rotation, proper exercise form and much much more. I have been working out with Sid for two years now. He is extremely knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition, which allows him to customize my exercise and diet programs to meet my needs. I do personal training with Sid, as well as participate in his group classes. He keeps his group classes small so that he is able to help you with correct form and posture for an optimal workout. I have become stronger and gained much better stability. I would highly recommend Sid as trainer for people that are in great shape or wanting to get back into shape.

Sid is a great private trainer. I love that he has his own private studio and equipment. He keeps the studio so clean and nicely air conditioned. He's great at accommodating my needs whether it be a lighter workout or pushing me to my full potential! He is also great at providing nutrition information and guidance along the way. I’m in my mid-60’s, and in the short time since I have been training with Sid, I’ve lost weight, my cholesterol levels have dropped significantly, my posture has improved, and my energy level has doubled. I suffer from arthritis in my hip, but through his training regimen, I’m pain-free most of the time. By following the balanced diet which Sid came up with for me I feel so much better, and I’m even able to think more clearly than I have in years. His gym in Rohnert Park is beautiful, private and clean, and he has all the equipment and skills to help me achieve my goals of becoming healthier and feeling great as I age.
