I had the opportunity to receive forklift training at B & W forklift Mr. Dennis and his wife greeted my class of about 15 with open arms. Mr. Dennis is a great instructor and very patient. I completed my forklift training with a forklift certification, OSHA 10 certification and CPR & first Aid certified, thanks B & W I'm ready to get to work and make sum MONEY!! Charlotte!!

Probably one of the best training sessions l experienced! The instructor is very patient and knowledgeable. I received top tier instruction, and even got encouragement whenever I made a mistake. This was a new field of expertise for me , so I definetely appreciated the gentle hands on teaching experience I received. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

I would recommend B&W Forklift( OSHA Certification)to any company. Mr. Watson is very talented in what he does. If your company wants the employees to learn how to drive the forklifts don't look any further go to B & W Forklift. He's very professional, knowledgeable, and has plenty of patience.

I would first like to thank Mr. & Mrs. Watson, because w/o them both I wouldn’t be able to have had this type of opportunity or experience. Thank you guys so much for your patience!! I love how they have structure, they are both clean & tidy individuals, & will provide guidance if you ask questions. I love how organized they are and how they speak about the Lord. I believe without those things.. it would be hard to focus on the importance of the class. Today’s world, it’s kind of hard just being yourself especially at someone’s establishments. They were open to feedback and Mr. Watson was a very understanding, helpful, honest, frank instructor. He will let you know what you need to work on when operating the PIT (I learned that from their program 😎) and he will make sure you gain the confidence as well. Mrs. Watson always shared encouragement, mannerism, and she too was frank, but I have no issue with blunt criticism: it helps shape us into the right character. Soo thank you both again & I wish you guys nothing but thee best. Don’t never be afraid to go to them about anything!

MJ Experience.OMG! There isn't enough stars in the constellation to rate my experience. Mr. Watson is extremely patient, very informative and communicate with you not only as a class in general, but also as an individual about your weakness and your strengths (your comfortability (comfort level) on each forklift. He is the best instructor I have ever known. I have delt with some very unattentive trainers in my days. He didn't let me give up when I almost did the first time on the forklift. His words were to me "We do not incourage you to give up here at B&W we want to see you succeed." He also was extremely honest about what he see that you can improve on and he will ask you. How do you think you're doing so far? Mr. Watson and Mrs. Watson are extremely welcoming. When entering every day you feel at home. Very clean facility as well. Overall I recommend B&W Forklift Training to any Businesses that are looking for somewhere to send there employees for training. Mr. Watson expressed Safety as well as Excellent Training on how to operate the Forklifts. They also are very understanding and will listen to any questions are concerns you may have. Once again not enough stars to rate my overall experience. B&W is Awesome missing them already.

I want to take the time to thanks Mr.watson for all the hard work he put into us and patience. He has all the information and tricks to help you properly and safely operate the types of fork lifts you need to learn to work in the warehouse industry. The time he pours into you in class will forsure get you to where you need to be to succeed in a job enviroment.
