I had back surgery 8/23/2025 and several friends recommended Axis Sports Medicine for my physical therapy. I am so glad they did! Meredith and Brady were life savers. Unfortunately, the pain migrated to my neck and once again Meredith and Brady were awesome. They explained the dry needling process thoroughly and the treatment has been successful. I highly recommend Axis Sports! We are fortunate to have them in the Valley!

I was very fortunate to have Meredith as my therapist at Axis. Before starting at Axis, I had spent 3 months in PT back in Texas. In just one week working with Meredith I felt such a difference. Believe me when I say finding the right therapist matters. I only wish she had been my therapist from the start. She is knowledgeable, professional, supportive, and kind. She is a wonderful communicator and knows how to push you to do your best. She is a terrific motivator and I always felt that she listened to me.
During my 3 months at Axis in Avon, I had the opportunity to watch all the other therapists working with their patients. I am convinced that Axis has created a winning team. A+++

I have seen Meredith Mueller for both a hip and shoulder injury. She is fantastic! I've seen many physical therapists over the years and she is by far the best. She is continually evaluates your injury and your progress, adapting the PT program to ensure that you are making forward progress. Highly recommend!
