If you are struggling with opiate addiction, I would highly suggest going to any other clinic other than this one. The woman at the front desk is a elderly black lady who's rude and acts like she's better than everybody, and the woman running it as a lady named Sarah from Texas. Who you can't get ahold of and when you do she? Let's hold on your account again. Ask better than you. I would go anywhere if you're trying to fight addiction. This is the last place to go there unprofessional and totally be

One of the worst parts about this place us they can not keep a counselor. I've been going here for about a year now and am going on counselor number 6. Lately they have not been following their own guidelines and procedures. They mess up your paperwork or mess something up that messes with your dosing and than will punish you for it. Recently they messed up my stuff so bad I went 2 days without being dosed due to their issues not mine and than tell me that my new counselor which I have not met and when they did call said they were calling from the "AURORA COVID CENTER" which is the wrong name but I get told she decreased my phase due to having to do what I needed to do to make myself comfortable and not feel sicker than a dog because I wasnot able to dose for 2 days because they messed up paperwork and didn't send stuff in time. So I get punished for their mistakes and even after I came in to explain the situation to my counselor and get told I no longer have one and they will have to let me know when they get a new one. I haven't even seen a counselor is almost 2 months now which per their policy and procedures you have to see a counselor once a month for at least an hour. This place started off really good I really enjoyed going by they are going down hill and making it hard for people to keep their sobriety.

THEY ARE MESSING WIT PEOPLES HEALTH HERE TELLING THEN THEY CANT DOSE HERE. THE LADY THAT CAME WITH US AND FROM THE SAME TOWN WAS ALLOWED TO DOSE BUT TOLD THE REST OF US GET OUT OF HER CLINIC she don't want us here to go elsewhere because she don't like the person driving us. The black lady was very out of line even told us we couldn't take the free food but yet allowed the Spanish lady who is with us everyday she was allowed room take whatever she wanted. The black lady has the authority to control my
Health immediately as I set out in the vehicle a whole car load of people from the same place I'm from are allowed to go inside and be seen but yet we arent allowed to come here . How does that work? We came here was told the counselor or doctor no longer was here they had to get a new one to come back so we come back for our scheduled appointments only to be told to get out and don't touch her food and the lady with me could be seen but not us. What gives this lady the right to tell me their well being is better than ours? How unethical and disgusting to treat someone the way she has!!! Everyone got to go in but us we that had scheduled appointments from last week aren't allowed to be seen?

If you’re reading this and you’re looking for a treatment center. Please, do not come here. I rarely trust reviews because every situation is different and unique but please take my word for it, this place will be detrimental not only to your mental health but your sobriety. The facility is a sinking ship and it will take everyone down with it.

If you’re currently a patient, do not trust anyone’s word here. Get everything anyone says to you in writing or record the conversations. Report all staff that violate the state and federal regulations as well as your patient rights. Do not let these power hungry, holier than thou, “medical professionals” gas light you.

You’ve never met a more compassionate, personable, timely, calm and efficient clinic which specializes with opioid addiction. It’s never crowded, they really do get you in and out as fast as possible so you may continue with your life. They have an easy regime to follow and have never made me feel judged or ashamed or lesser through this process. They will work with you and they have a lot of resources available to those that require them- If you need a ride, if you need guidance, if you need information, an empathetic ear, an advocate, a friend or just a good reason “why” then please call them. You don’t have to do this alone.

This is by far the worst clinic in the whole state of Colorado. If you're trying to recover from opiates, go to any other clinic. Besides this one, they have no therapist. The lady at the front is rude and inappropriate
