Just did a walk in intake so far. The staff member Ian was exceptionally helpful, and polite, and a very kind and professional man..my boyfriend and I showed up ad walk ins just after working on cars all.day we were a bit messy. Ian didn't change his behavior towards us though. He was still very professional and spoke.to us the same way he spoke to all the other clients
That's rare..

So far we love this place...

Places like this are the reason people take their lives. Extremely dismissive staff, unkind and uncaring individuals with no concern for people’s safety or wellbeing. Will gladly and happily rip you off of medication that’s been helping you cold turkey, absolutely no regard to people’s safety and all about $$$, absolutely awful place.

I first would like to say this is not a reflection on the professionals that work here. They are all amazing. Calling to get a hold of your provider is a different story. First I go through the main office, go through the series of questions on who I am, my son, my address just to be transfered to where I get a voice mail saying to leave message. Who knows when I'll get a call back and if I miss that call back I have to go through the process all over again. It never was like this before covid. I spoke to a person straight from that office. If it wasn't for my sons doctor I would have found someone new. Oh and don't even get me started with billing. She has no clue what I'm talking about and I just wanted receipts sent to my email.

If I could leave less than one star I would. The way that I have been treated by this organization is disgraceful. I have been punted to 3 psychiatrists since the beginning of the year. Each one has retired, moved departments or quit the organization altogether. The most recent fiasco led to me withdrawing from Zoloft for 4 days, unable to speak directly to anyone to get a refill. This is a medication I have been on for over a year. I was told that I was supposed to have had a appoint in July to renew the prescription; no one from this office ever contacted me for an appointment. No one ever followed up. After mentioning that I could not afford a 3 minute long appointment costing $100, I was later called being told that the prescription had been renewed. Somehow magically without ever needing to attend an appointment. So, I was left to withdraw from a medication for several days for absolutely no discernable reason. The person I spoke with had a tone of total apathy and stated "I was personally responsible." Had my primary physician refill this prescription for me and they gave me a 90 day supply, this took a brief 10 minute phone call. I will never give another penny of my insurance money to these people. I am so happy for the amazing therapists who have had the opportunity to leave this place and switch over to private practice; they deserve far better than the total incompetence displayed through the administrative staff at this location. Not to mention the utter lack of inter departmental communication, despite all of these people being located in the same building. This is the kind of behavior I expect from a disgruntled part time retail employee, not someone who holds someone's mental health in their hands. I have experienced more of a sense of helplessness and hopelessness from fighting to get care from these people more than the actual mental health conditions I struggle with.

You need to be careful of the staff in different areas one in community connections and the other staff are on the third floor the ones one the third floor talk about the consumers in front of other consumers and one gets all worked up because they are inappropriate and to involved in consumer care

Helped get me twenty years of sobriety. Helped me with all of life's challenges. Some of my problems couldn't be fixed. Though I ran into bad problems along the way, I got by, with their help.

My roommate and I both separately went thru the intake process with a gentleman named Nathaniel and were then both "matched" with Charles Dunlap for therapy. Unfortunately, my roommate, JK, and I, both had a horrendous experience with Charles. Both sessions I attended with him I felt he was utterly unprepared, and he was actually significantly late to the first one. Charles was clearly ill equipped to deal with mine or JK's specific needs, particularly my traumatic barriers to treatment, which were discussed repeatedly with Nathaniel and he.

I found him to be unmotivated as therapist, unprofessional, and poorly prepared to work with actual human beings.
