Nurse Erin was the most amazing and sweetest lady I have ever come across. She was so wonderful to my kids and watched them while I saw the doctor (for about an hour) and was so sweet to them and gave them many compliments and by far that was the best experience that I've had you to my children being treated very well and me too. I want her to be recognized and I want everyone to know that she is a beautiful and an amazing person who has a wonderful soul. Although everything did not go great as far as the doctor and HE did not help me and left me high and dry like I have been lately.. in God's prayers I will get the help I need soon but I felt as though even he tried to give me medications that I have already tried that do not work for me in the past and when you were on a certain medication for so many years you DON'T just cut them off!! IF anything you can at least taper them down but he didn't want nothing to do with me and very rude would not let me talk. He kept interrupting me and I had not one good vibe about him from the second I walked in that room with him but I really want this lady and also the receptionist I don't remember her name, I am sorry for that but she was younger and had tattoos on both of her arms she was very sweet as well she helped me carry my children's car seats outside and I just felt that these ladies needed to be recognized and thank you for yalls time. They treated my daughter as if she was working there like a young little lady behind the windows and that's why I have posted up pictures. I also took a picture because there was a picture on the wall in the office that said "Hope " and "Faith" which is both of my two daughters names.I am a true believer in what comes around goes around and ladies you have something magical coming to you. Seeing as how I was just hung up on-I have a TBI, PTSD, panic & anxiety disorder and was calling to again try to schedule an appt with a therapist since my intake that took 3 hours has been done. she said the beginning of march, i said it was an emergency to please work me in I HAD to talk to someone. Then she proceeded to call me a liar and hung up on me. God help me cause they sure won't

This place is awful!!! First they took my grandson off of the schedule then they had us to come in as a walk-in, where they had us sitting and waiting for 3 hours. Thats ridiculous especially when one of your lients canceled their appointment at 10:15 but the person at the front desk attitude is so horrible that she wouldn’t put you in that available time slot. she’s contributing to your anxiety and they are supposed to help you cope with your stress not complicate matters. Do yourself a favor and find another facility, one that will be there for you when you need their help, not this place that takes you off the schedule and show no concern for your time and have you waiting for 3hrs!!

The groups here are terrible, one of the staff members here has an attitude with everyone and will suspend you from groups if she feels like it. They used to serve a good lunch but now they are pocketing the money so employees can buy a new cadillac every few months. Groups are unorganized and dont help with mental health. As far as nurse and doctors, the nurse practitioner asks you generic questions then ups your dosage of meds, they dont care about you

The wonderful people here genuinely care about their patients and go out of their way to make them feel important. I have been taking my son here for about 2 years and Nurse Matachi shows genuine love and care for my son. Erin, is amazing and makes a point to make a connection with every person that she meets as well as the rest of the staff.

They are ALL great...They make you always feel welcomed and really care about you. They really put your feelings first and are always there when you need them... I am personally a patient there and without them I don't know if I would be where I am today without their help. The therapist come to your home so you are in an environment where you feel comfortable and makes you feel like your talking to a friend more than a therapist. Trust me if your looking for an affordable life changing solution give them a call you won't regret it.

My son was receiving Mental Health Services with AQCS. My son has multiple mood disorders and is a Paranoid schizophrenic. My son has had this mental illness since 2018. My son started receiving services with AQCS when he moved here from California at the end of January 2022. My son switched from the oral form of his medication to injections every two weeks. In the 2nd week of March 2022 it was time for him to take his bi-weekly injection. When I called to make an appointment with them they abruptly notified that he can’t receive services through them anymore because they stopped taking his insurance . They never notified us this! I spoke with the office manager asking why we weren’t notified in enough time so my son wouldn’t have a lapse in his medication and nobody in there had an explanation. I asked the office manager if it was possible for the Psychiatrist to prescribe his medication for him until I was able to find another mental health provider for him so that he wouldn’t be without his medication. They just dropped him without his medication, without any resources for us to look into, no callbacks and no accountability! My son quickly began going through Psychosis because of not having his medication. Thank God I Was able to find new services for him. Now I am trying to get him stabilized again. This was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional! Mental illness is serious but apparently this establishment doesn’t care because they dropped my son without his medication and left my family with trying to figure it out the best way we knew how. I will never refer anyone to these people and I will be filing a complaint!

I’m so thankful that we found this place. I brought my clients with developmental disabilities here and the whole staff showed nothing but compassion & patience. Everyone genuinely seems to enjoy their job here and ,to me, that makes a huge difference when rendering a service. I definitely recommend. Thank you!
