Not only do my children LOVE Atlanta Autism Center, but as a parent it’s been life changing. Being able to see my children learn the skills that they have always struggled with and truly grasp them is the best feeling. All the staff are so friendly and bubbly, they truly make it feel like a second home for my boys. Watching my children grow in many different aspects has been so rewarding, and it’s obvious they feel it too. I would recommend AAC to anyone struggling with behaviors for the child. From learning, to communication, to beneficial physical behaviors, they do it all. Parent training itself have helped me in more ways than one. I get to learn ways to interact with them at home and in public, and it’s given me the ability to see things so differently. Truly thankful everyday for this amazing team and center!

I wish I could give negative 5 stars. My son attended AAC for a little over a year and this is not the place for your children. I personally loved his ABA therapist and have nothing against them, but the people running the place have no clue what they’re doing. They don’t communicate crap and they are so unorganized. I’m constantly having to stick up for my son and advocate what’s best for him. We were just discharged because my insurance company wouldn’t approve of extra hours because he simply doesn’t need it. But their new policy is every client has to attend 40 hours a week, we can’t do that because he has other therapies. I’m just frustrated and upset for my son. Now he has to start over with another center and new people/friends. I am very disappointed with this center and pray other families aren’t burnt like mine.

If I can give a 0 star I would. It’s so frustrating as parents we patiently get put on a waiting list for months to a year to get our babies tested. I personally opt into drive 2 hours to Gainesville Ga for my son appointment bc nothing wasn’t available in my area until April 2025. Due to weather it has been cancelled and now they want me to wait 2 more months to get another appointment in March. These ppl make thousands of dollars in healthcare-but can’t even accommodate or even consider the inconvenience this may cause our babies and parents. PLEASE BEWARE OF COMPANIES LIKE THIS I PROMISE YOU FROM THE OFFICE MANAGER TO THE PHYSICAN THEY DO NOT CARE. SAD PART I CALLED THEM THEY DID NOT EVEN CALL ME AFTER BEING ON THE WAITING LIST FOR ALMOST A YEAR.
