We enjoy our sessions with Keynia regularly as a family. It is time we use to address and improve our communication, and an opportunity to perform "maintenance" on our relationships with each other. Mrs. Hardley has become a trusted communicator to us, who always holds us accountable without leaving us feeling judged. On occasions where we struggle to understand each other's perspectives, she has always been an excellent guide who gave us tools and strategies to work out differences and improve our marriage for the better. This was horrible service from the beginning to the end I never write a review but I was very unhappy with the service for them to give me the runaround after I specifically asked for immediate appointment, however I was told that’s not how the policy works which is very understandable. After I proceeded to follow the steps. fill out documents, waiting for respond through email (once's they are ready ) and after turns around and still try to push me out an additional week (almost a month just to get an appointment 🤦🏾‍♀️) when they could’ve of simply been transparent (we don’t have availability til…..)and I could of made my decision as rather I wanted to continue to book. However they’re so eager to obtain patients in the database instead of actually retaining them. Dumb move that’s for sure. I am 100% all about customer service and if you’re looking for the same this is definitely not the place. I am sure there’s more office around the way that would provide you with the customer service that you’re actually looking for by the way I’m actually a self-pay patient so yes it’s very important where and with who I spent my hard earn money with. I wouldn’t have even given them a star ⭐️ however you must give them something so that I’m able to share with you guys and save you from a bad experience at this place and I’ll give them to one star for doing it now versus later. After looking forward to an appointment thinking you have everything already set and experienced this you would write a review to but I am hoping I can save you from just. therefore I am sharing my experience at ATk marriage b.s.
