I have been coming to AFA now for the past 5 months and if I could explain AFA in three words I would say: growth, community, & health. Jose has been such an important factor in my overall fitness journey and is the kindest/best trainer I have ever had!! He not only pushes me to work harder in the gym but definitely keeps me accountable. I truly appreciate the fact that he recognizes my hard work and wants to see my grow stronger.

After my one week free pass with AFA I knew right away I wanted to be a part of this community. It not only is so essential to keep our mind and bodies well by putting our health and fitness first, but to have people in your corner cheering you on & on the same journey!

One of the things I love most about AFA is that Jose is always looking out for our best interest! He is not only training us in his classes but sends his clients nutrition information, at home workouts, motivational videos, & more!

One of the main goals I had initially coming to AFA was weight loss. In 4 months I lost about 14lbs and I am now down 20lbs! With a healthy eating lifestyle & being consistent with workouts I know anything is possible! I have never felt better not only physically but mentally! Thank you AFA!!

What I completely appreciate about working out here at AFA is the positive vibes that emanate from the people!! It feels inclusive and without judgment. During group workouts, Jose---the trainer---makes it to where you feel that it's an individualized training program! There are a variety of scheduled days and times of classes to fit my crazy school and work hours which is fantastic and leaves me without excuses not to workout. Absolutely love this gym!
