I started my fitness journey with A-Team after multiple injuries, including a frozen shoulder that kept me out of the gym, leaving me out of shape and weaker than I’d been in years. Ria worked with me through every step of recovery, helping me regain strength and safely work through injuries while staying effective in training. Alesha runs one of the best gyms in Sunnyvale. Her passion for helping others is higher than anyone I have seen so far. She was working with her clients and taking care of the gym up to 1 week before she delivered her baby and was training herself up until the day she gave birth and she was back to training less than 2 weeks later.

Training with Alesha is not just about preaching physical fitness but she lives by that example and shows everyone that it's possible to have a family, run a business and still take care of your health!

Alesha goes above and beyond to make sure her clients goals are met and their overall health improved. When I first came to Alesha, I did not know how to properly diet or structure workouts to support my various sports. After working with her for only 2 months, I now have a firm grasp on how to properly plan and execute nutritional principles, and how to schedule effective workouts. I have been training with Alesha for about a month and am so glad I found her! She is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, and has been helping me on my overall health journey not just getting stronger in the gym, but also guiding my nutrition. I can be self-conscious in the gym and working-out around other people, but Alesha is kind, patient, a great listener and makes our training fun. I look forward to our 2x/week training sessions so much, and am already feeling more energetic and strong. Alesha is the best trainer that I have ever worked with. I am training with her for almost a year now. Her workouts are challenging and she designs them based on my overall goals. Her nutrition tips and guidance have helped me a lot in eating healthy and making a positive change in my eating habits and overall lifestyle.
Once the pandemic hit, we switched over to online FaceTime classes and that has been going great! She is able to watch and provide guidance and feedback over our video calls to ensure that I stay on track.
I highly recommend Alesha to anyone who is trying to lose weight, be more fit and strong.

I've been training with Alesha for over 8 weeks now, and I absolutely love it! I am someone who thought they would never like working out, but I find myself looking forward to my sessions with Alesha. I do partner training with my friend, and Alesha is so great at working with us both at the same time. She is super attentive and is great at listening to your goals and making sure your program will help you achieve them.

Alesha is amazing at updating/changing up our workout sessions and ensuring that your weekend warrior workouts we do at home are complimentary to our in-person sessions. I have never felt stronger and looking forward to working with Alesha to have even more gains!
