Aspire has always performed setting up any new computers I have purchased over the years without issues and on time at a reasonable cost.

Last week a hard drive failed and I called Aspire to help urgently. They were able to come to my house the next day and replace the hard drive and restore all my data to 99% of prior status.

I have been with Zack Heckler since early 1990's after moving to CO. His company Aspire Technology Solutions is an absolute professional, trustworthy, and reliable service oriented organization. Zach started servicing my computers which is now serviced by Ian, both extremely knowledgeable, and his office assistant Angie has been terrific. Scheduling has always been easy.

Every year Aspire comes out to install upgraded hardware in my PC and make sure everything is updated, and sync anything I need to my new IPad. I just purchased a new Arris telephony modem for my computer system, so I could receive the updated speed I am paying for. Ian is extremely patient and was perfessional and courteous in dealing with my internet company to sycn my new modem to my internet and phone account. Ian made sure both my computer system and phone system were up and running perfectly before he left.

I highly recommend Aspire Technology Solutions to any one, whether it be a business who has many computers to network or just for personal computer needs, this company will give you outstanding service. The staff is hands on whether it is just a tune up or whether you have an emergency, you will be able to access someone to help you.
