The Aspen Velo crew took great care of us for our 24 hour rental. They let us pick up our bikes a little before they technically were open. The bikes were easy to understand and rode comfortably even with my larger 6’6” frame. Then when we had a bike with our rental that was taken from Woody Creek Tavern they were really cool about it and thankfully it was just a mixup from another guest grabbing the wrong bike on their way out. Thanks Aspen Velo for being part of our trip to Paradise (aka Aspen)!

Aspen Velo is our GO-TO source for e-bike rentals. Luke and his team always make sure we are taken care of, well informed, and comfortable on the bikes before taking off.

Their e-bikes make for a great day when we bring our participants with disabilities out for a ride around Aspen.

If you're on vacation, keep a tab on your transactions. They double charged our credit card (did not refund the deposit ) and went unresponsive. I had to communicate with Citi for 3 months to dispute the charge.

For my bride and my first experience of eBikes, I highly recommend that you go nowhere else— The folks at Aspen Velo did an amazing job. They selected the bikes, adjusted them to fit us perfectly and were gracious with our novice brains. They recommended several trails to ride to get the full exposure of Aspen and the surrounding area. The bikes are well-maintained, and are incredibly reliable and comfortable. We had a blast! Each trip to Aspen will definitely involve a stop at Aspen Velo. Well done guys!

Awesome staff and great bikes! The Aspen Velo team went above and beyond to make sure our group had a fun, safe ride up to Maroon Bells! I so appreciated how they took their time to walk us through all aspects of the e-bikes, making sure the fit was right for each person in our party, and taking the time to answer all of our questions. Best bike rental spot in Aspen, hands down!

Brought my parents here to celebrate their 50th anniversary. They had a blast and easily completed the beautiful 15 mile ride thanks to the ebikes. The Aspen Velo staff is so friendly and even accommodated my mom with a special bike so she would feel more comfortable getting on and off. 10/10 would do again. Thanks for a great time!!

My wife and I had a positively splendid e-bicycling expedition. Luke and his assistants were very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and professional. Our Pegasus e-bikes worked flawlessly and were quite comfortable. The Aspen Velo bicycle shop is located right at the entrance of the Rio Grande Trail, which is arguably one of the most beautiful bike trails imaginable. Don’t miss out on this truly amazing experience.
