I trained here for many months and enjoyed every bit of it. Ernest is a great coach and person, he has set up a facility for a great training experience with a super safe and friendly atmosphere. Always pushing you to expand your limits. Great group of people training there! Nakita, the kickboxing coach was 1st class also. Can't wait to get back there!
