Lauren is absolutely amazing. Her energy and way of being made this whole experience so much better than I ever expected. I went in needing help with my sudden exhaustion/overall mood and left feeling extremely calm, relaxed and light. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found her in my favorite place. I am so happy to have found Lauren! I came to her dealing with a lot of anxiety, PTSD, and on the verge of depression. She is a compassionate, knowledgeable, caring healer that worked with me to find the right methodology to help to alleviate my issues. We did Reiki/Sound Healing to rebalance, followed by Hypnotherapy that helped to address some of the key concerns and reprogram and because I was curious Human Design. The added benefit is that Lauren provides recordings and/or meditations to take home so that you can include them in your practice. I find this very helpful. Thank you Lauren ! <3
