Dr. Taylor is a magician! I am so grateful to him and his staff. It is the first time anyone has been able to do Botox and get it right in one try because my muscles are so different on each side of my face. His precision, and care for detail is amazing. Likewise he and the whole staff are so positive and uplifting. Always a great experience - highly recommend!!

Drs and front staff are excellent; very compassionate and efficient care. The billing department on the other hand are dismissive and confusing with their additional charges. "Paid in full" should have meant paid in full.

I was lucky enough to connect with Ferris 5 years ago. Ive been aging backwards since. Ive had over 30 treatments including micro needling, derma-plane, laser, and clear & brilliant with Ferris. Im always impressed with the results and her wisdom about skin and the best way to treat my concerns.

The derms and procedures great but they need to fix their scheduling and front desk issues. You can never get anyone on the phone, you can’t schedule cosmetic procedures online, and you can’t change appointments online. With no one ever answering the phone it’s almost impossible to schedule here.
