Hmmm... I had a horrific fall down the entire length of Aspen Highlands Bowl (1600 feet, 43 degree pitch.) 1 year ago.
Sam Roe with his Muscle activation techniques absolutely kept me out of 4 level fusion surgery.
I just skied my 60th day (Feb, 27,2025)
I highly recommend him!!!!!

Sam Roe and his extremely comprehensive MAT work are by far the best Ive experienced! I kept hearing about his work& experienced a nerve foot problem brought on by Hoka shoes(tossed shoes). Not only is the problem almost non-existent after just a few weeks of work, the rest of my body is feeling more balanced & relaxed in an awesome way! I wouldnt say that lightly as Im a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor& Massage Therapist& feel Im fully aware of my body& what works modality wise!!! Sam’s committment& desire to truly make a difference with his experience educated MAT work is worth the wait to see him!

Sam's technique is truly amazing healing! I find him to be true to his work and technique and I truly believe he genuinely wants to help every client. He has extensive experience and is extremely knowledgeable in this organic technique. I was referred to Sam from a natural doctor trying to heal my hip and back and wanted it to be done organically. The minute I met Sam and after speaking to him for only a few minutes I knew I was in the right place. With Sam's help and expertise, I realized that my hip would have to be replaced. Sam worked with me extensively before the surgery by keeping my hip and back as mobile and strong as possible with very little pain. The afternoon after my surgery I was walking without any help up and down my driveway and my hip felt great and I felt strong! Going back to Sam after my surgery was the only right thing to do for me. The physical therapy that was offered was not doing for me what I knew Sam's technique could do for me. It has been not quite 4 months since my surgery and by working with Sam this technique has my back feeling almost perfect, my hip is fantastic and my whole body is stronger and going in the right direction. I am pain free and able to do what I love the most, hiking up the mountain with my doggies. I would not be in such a great place physically if I hadn't of met Sam and the technique that he uses and believes in. It is truly amazing! Thank you Sam, I am truly grateful for you! You are very special and one of a kind and an extremely wonderful healer!!!

I was injured for 2 years with a back injury. I tried Drs, 7 spine injections, acupuncture and PT. PT made me worse. I was thinking there was no hope, then I found Sam. I started to feel better from the first session. The pain is mostly gone, and he is helping me get stronger so this will stop being a chronic problem. Amazing!

I had issues with my knee, which included it giving out completely from time to time, for 5 years until Sam helped me fix it. He was the most professional and helpful person that worked with me to solve the problem I was having, and made a plan to get me off if physical therapy for it at a pace that made sense for me. 5 years later I am still able to run freely with no issue and haven't had my knee give out since I worked with him. My biggest regret is I don't live near him now to have him fix my shoulder.

I was a client of Sam Roe in San Diego for five years, and doing the initial consultation was one of the best decisions that I've made. Because of Sam's MAT skill, I have been able to lose (and keep off) fifty pounds, started playing adult baseball again (I'm 52 years old) as a catcher, and recover from ankle surgery in a fraction of the normal recovery period. I'd recommend Sam for anyone that experiences pain, it's a process that works quickly and generates results that last. Sam is the best!
