Ashley helped my daughter through the most challenging year of her life. We would highly recommend Ashley to anyone seeking professional therapy. Our son, was suffering from sports anxiety after a rough freshman year, causing him to want to stop playing a sport he loved playing growing up. Searching the internet blindly, we found Ashley. After reading her bio and the seeing the services she provided we reached out to her. After a consultation phone call, she put our minds at ease and laid out a plan for our son.
After a few in person visits, we noticed a change in his behavior and knew we made the right decision to work with Ashley. We transitioned to video sessions and the progress continued throughout the football season and have now got to a point where he meets with her only as needed.
