The work is good but the owner was not friendly or helpful when I asked to come and approve design before it went under the needle (I needed very specific measurements). Once I did show up, the owner was not even there to help me. The other gentleman working was very friendly and apologetic about his boss. Once my order was under way, I reached out on the day I was told they'd be ready, which they were not. Once I finally did pick up my order, I received an email from the boss stating he will no longer be willing to work with me, with no explanation why. I've never had this or any issue with any other craftworkers in the past... just seemed bizarre and irrational from a "professional" company.

The Artifact staff is amazing, They assisted in my hats, Make America Gangsta Again the quality of the hat that I let them pick was on point the stitching of the font that they embroidered into the hat was amazing hands-down, they take pride and what they do.
