As someone who travels frequently and visits many gyms, I can confidently say this is one of the best I’ve been to. The facility is well-maintained, welcoming, and offers a great training environment. A huge bonus is the recovery room, which is a rare feature that many gyms don’t provide—making it an even better experience. Highly recommend!

I started taking Danny's boxing fitness classes several months ago and am totally hooked. Fantastic coaching, constantly evolving programming that keeps things interesting and challenging, and a fun community. I had never done anything like this before and was a little nervous to try, but Danny was incredibly welcoming and really goes out of his way to get newcomers up to speed. I couldn't recommend it enough.

I must have asked a million questions and all the staff were very personable and happy to chat! First time I've tried IV Therapy, and it was relaxing and fun! I feel great the day after too! Plus, the leg compression sleeves I tried on during the IV Therapy were great!

We were from out of town and got to step in with some friends for a quick workout. I was amazed by the equipment Arsenal had for their members. They have a boxing station, turf, a large rig, and even more space for free weights. They even have a spot for littles that includes a mini rock climbing wall. Their recovery facilities are top of the line with an ice bath, massage chairs, massage guns, and a sauna. I was very impressed with the space. I can definitely see how Arsenal blesses the community it’s in.

If you're ever in Arvada, this is the gym to drop-in at! I was there from Miami for a wedding and my friend who frequents the gym suggested I go with her to a class. I took the FIT class that included a body building session and a metcon workout. It was challenging, but doable. They also have performance classes that are more crossfit inspired. However, my favorite thing was that they have open gym any time, so I was able to do my own workout. I had the pleasure of meeting Zak and Jerry. Both of them welcomed me. The gym is spacious, clean, and I loved their concept about total wellness with all the extra amenities they offer. If I was a local, I'd totally be a member. Run, don't walk, to ARSENAL!

This gym is great! The physical gym is always clean and the people couldn't be nicer. Coaches Ashley and Maria are super encouraging! I love the fact you can mix up the classes and do what works best for you. The coaches, including Yoshi, Zak, and Danny, are very knowledgable and take the time to get to know you and know when to push you to what you're capable of. Highly recommend!
