I started seeing Valerie earlier this year and have been absolutely impressed and so grateful for her. She is empathetic, engaging and truly loves what she does. She has empowered me not only to face but to heal from many emotional wounds dating back to my childhood that have impacted my relationships with others and myself. Her caring and fun loving spirit are evident in every session. I have laughed, cried and grown so much this past year thanks to her counseling. My faith in Christ and ability to see myself and others as God sees us has been bolstered throughout this counseling journey. I am eternally thankful to Valerie, and would recommend that anyone struggling with issues related to self esteem, relationships, their faith walk or any other life challenge reach out to her.

Olivia King has been a great resource for my friends and coworkers. She’s awesome with teens and women in life transitions! There was a time in my life I wasn’t sure I could keep going. I felt very uncomfortable talking to an outside source about my experiences but I was recommended to Arise Counseling and Coaching and decided to give it a shot.
