We used them for 3 years with our teenage son and the counselors were amazing. The tools and life skills they taught our son were outstanding. The methods they used with the animals to help calm, teach, and work with our son were simply amazing. We’d gone through 5 different counselors at other locations over 2 1/2 years and then found this team which saved our son and our family. I cannot recommend them enough.

Sadly when I asked to have a medical record/diagnosis/update to treatment plan or progress report about my daughters care - this office terminated treatment for my daughter abruptly by sending me an email while I was on vacation. The office then told my 7 year old daughter is was my fault she would stop treatment. It is so sad that simply wanting to have information resulted in my daughter becoming more traumatized and lied to by "professionals". I am a level 5 local guide and I don't see any other reviews for this business and that should have been a enormous red flag. I would not recommend this use this office unless you are looking for a clinical social worker who works with animals. I also would not recommend this office because of the unprofessional and intentionally harmful behavior I experienced including a narrative that I am being harassing for sharing my experience which is important for others to know. When there are no reviews for a business it means they have not established credibility within the community. This is concerning. I wish there would have been more reviews. The office has reached out to me and told me by bringing their unethical practices to their attention that I am harassing them - sadly sharing my experience is not harassment. I was looking for a mental health professional to help with my daughter and was informed this practice isn't run by anyone with a Psychology or Psychiatric degree at all. It is operated by a Licensed clinical social worker - this should be specified because it is misleading for those looking for specific mental health care.
