I can’t recommend Alicia enough! She is experienced, perceptive, and conscious every single time I step into her office. If a topic or situation comes up that she doesn’t have an answer for, she reaches into her amazing network of colleagues and mentors to provide the best advice and/or guidance. She provides compassion and empathy all well guiding you through life’s emotions and challenges. Alicia brings experience and insight from working in education with elementary children and really helps me understand what is “development appropriate” for my kiddos. She is SO relatable as well, I think that’s what makes it the best for me. Her office’s vibe is marvelous (green velvet couch, do I need to say more!). I have been working with Alicia for over two years now and can’t see myself leaving.
