Over the last 7 months, Alex diligently guided our young out of the childhood bedroom and back into university! Our family is relieved and grateful to Mr. Basche ?
This was the third therapist that had been involved in my young adult's life and was the second who identified as an expert in gaming addiction and Anxiety. Truthfully, past experiences with those two therapists meant none of us were too keen on putting more funds and time into someone who may be unable to create change.

But Mr. Basche was thorough in the evaluation and also covered topics that the past two therapists never even mentioned. I appreciated the "whole patient" approach, which is evaluating and treating not just mental health problems but also physical health, fitness, sleep study optimization, etc. We as parents also had some involvement and sought guidance. What was also useful were the summaries Mr. Basche sent after each parent session, including "next steps" and
practical techniques for us to start doing.

Alex won us over and I am sure it wasn't easy! He even got our insurance to pay us back a large portion of the cost, well done!
