STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. These people are crooks and thieves. John in the office had me working with his maintenance manager, Amadou (who has written a fake review), to work out performing repairs on their equipment. They were pleasant and amicable to deal with at first, but began dodging my calls after attempting to get the bills settled. After some back and forth, someone in their office paid all my invoices. All was fine and dandy until I received a notice for disputed charges amounting into the 5 digits. These funds were then removed from my account, putting my young business in major strain. John assured me this was a mistake and that this would be corrected. Months go by with no attempts to make a payment despite my calls. Finally, after about 14 months I get contacted by an accountant trying to set up a payment plan and we come to an agreement. That deal died the second it began, no payment was ever received. It’s been 2 years. This company is ran by con-men who have stollen my work, parts, and good will. I only wish to have a front row seat when karma comes to collect it’s dues here.

We had a project scheduled with another traffic control company in Durango and when they decided at the last minute to cancel their contact, the team at Alert made it happen on extremely short notice and did a fantastic job taking care of our needs and actually saved us a lot of money over the other companies traffic plans that had a bunch of un-necessary devices. When we ran over they kept a crew on our project until we were done. Thanks Tony, Trudy, and Karen.

With no signs further up the twisting hill of montview parkway, im driving down the hill and no warnings no signs saying road work ahead be prepared to stop, some young individual working for alert, was back to me standing in the middle of the intersection where work wasnt being done, getting ready to motion the 3rd avenue traffic stopped at the stop sign through as im coming down with the right of way and the sign at me saying slow. Dangerously confusing. When i came back through they had moved the poor young individual out of harms way and where the work actually was being done near the curb on 3rd.

This company has no communication. The project manager has no idea what he's doing. The general manager is a mess and couldn't manage a paper bag. If you want an accident to happen then this is the traffic control company for you.

This place employs racist bigots. When asked if he could rid the world of one thing, Alert Traffic Control employee Colt Codner replied "brown people". Alert Traffic Control do you condone and support this type of ignorant and hateful rhetoric?
