I've been going to Swanson for DUI treatment for about 1 year. First, Tim is an amazing person and he doesn't care about the bourgeoisie of it all. He cares about helping people overcome their trauma, addiction, and the justice system. He also creates a lighthearted atmosphere where you will still laugh while processing some heavier topics.

He is also sensitive to cultural diverse needs and perspectives (like, OUT LOUD) and he is absolutely a dope soul.

The office staff is respectful and professional and they get things done quickly- Shoutout to Lisa! She is amazing at her job, and has an understanding about how to navigate these insurance systems, and she is really flexible which is invaluable when you're trying to get back on your feet! Mostly... she cares and puts in effort, and that's hard to find anymore.

Thank you also to Imelda and Amada, too.

I’ve been to several different drug treatment places in Colorado Springs and this one has to be the first one to make me feel welcome and not judged as soon as I walked thru the door, since it was court ordered. They are awesome and have gone above and beyond to help me. If it weren’t for their willingness to listen and being able to work with me I would probably be in jail. Since they were willing to work with me it has made me motivated to help myself rather than give up. Thank you Lisa for all your help!!
