First time doing business at this new county building. At first glance you know that they have put taxpayers’ money to work. Artwork everywhere and Taza coffee shop making money off of their employees and visitors. Marble flooring and 30 foot ceilings. But the customer service needs some work!

Very horrible service from the reps on the phone. Very rude and disrespectful. Raylene and Amanda need to find new jobs if they do not like what they do. Also GOOD LUCK trying to get ahold of Brandi as she ignores phone calls and emails
