Adams County Assessor employee abuses his position and title, harasses neighbors with county vehicle and uses his child’s condition as an excuse. Employee takes personal vehicle to work and leaves assigned Adams County Assessor vehicle parked at home to reserve multiple parking spots in front of his residence. His assigned vehicle has also been parked in front of several neighbor’s homes taking up multiple spots and preventing neighbor’s from parking. Employee will leave the Adams County Assessor vehicle parked for multiple days, ignoring city laws (72 hours) and HOA rules. When asked, employee said it’s because he needs the space for his disabled child. This employee has contacted local PD several times and used his position and child’s condition a reason to have neighbor’s cars moved from in front of his residence. His actions can be considered fraud, waste and abuse of title/rank/position and government property. This employee’s behavior has been brought to his supervisor’s attention but no actions have been taken. However, other employees have been seen dropping him off at home using other Adams County Assessor vehicles while his assigned vehicle is parked in from of his residence. Thanks Adams County Assessor for your accountability and appropriate use of position and government property.

I SO appreciate the employees at this office!! They single-handedly saved our wedding and made it legal. Thank you so much to Deann who I spoke with at first who then got me in touch with Erin, who is the rockstar manager who issued our marriage license when I didn't realize you had to have an appointment months in advance. These girls saved my wedding day and relieved so much stress that was my fault. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would because the employees at this office work hard and go above and beyond for people from out of town, I can't imagine how well they treat their residents! Thank you x1000000 Deann and Erin!!!
