I’ve been reading the reviews, I guess everyone is different. But I’ve been lucky enough to get the help I need. I’ve been having great customer service from the staff and my therapist is soo amazing! I truly enjoy speaking with her! She truly has helped me with my grief. Only issue I had once was that I had to cancel 2 hrs before my appointment due to being in the hospital with my dad and I was going to be dinged as a no show, which I called to inform them of my situation and how it was an emergency but I guess it’s a policy thing they have? That is my only issue I had one time other than that I’ve had a great experience.

Take this review with a grain of salt because everybody's experience is different. I see lots of negative reviews but I have had no issues here honestly. My referral went through fine, I can schedule appointments about every two weeks, and my therapist is great. Not everyone is going to get a therapist that works well for them but certainly try someone else until they're the right fit. Staff is generally pretty nice as well.

They are quick to cancel your appointments as they please and last minute. I called multiple times to update my info. They could care less if you need the services and are suicidal. They did not send links to my number and wouldn’t answer the phone. You have to be on top of them calling multiple times & even then it’s not guaranteed they will assist you or do what they are supposed to do. My therapist switched here from the Hesperia office but this office is just as bad if not worse. They like to blame everyone else instead of taking accountability. But the second you have a family member dying in the hospital they could care less if you call to cancel hours ahead & retaliate by saying you won’t be scheduled ahead of time in the feature. I’ll be getting a new therapist soon unfortunately because the office staff is unprofessional and extremely haphazard. Any patient is just an inconvenience and dollar amount to them.

Been going for a couple years now my personal therapist is okay. Find it uncomfortable when she talks about her other clients. As for our marriage therapist eh he was good at first, but somewhere down the line he just doesn't act interested and sounds like he is doing different things since he sounds like he is moving. I also noticed the appointments got shorter and shorter when it is supposed to be 45 minutes. Sometimes he would cut out after 15 minutes 😒 I have to pick 6pm appointments with him since that works best for me and my husband Now I get it you live in Beaumont and want to get going home probably because of traffic. If doing 6pm appointments is a problem then Change your schedule don't make the appointment shorter and shorter. Your a therapist and we are coming to you to help us through this hard time. Do your job or like I said change your schedule if 6pm appointments are an issue. I just give a 3 star since the small office staff is nice and do get you scheduled in pretty good but i wont be returning here for counseling anytime soon. This was just my experience and thoughts.

Probably should have read reviews first. Had to reschedule due to person not in for my 5pm appointment. Received a call at 2:05 pm but no message left even though the child at the window said she did. I pulled it up on my phone and sure enough no message. I also did not receive the address via text like I was told 2 weeks ago. Not a very good beginning and it may be the norm unfortunately. I will try on my rescheduled time again. Really need more mature people handling the public, not children. Wish me luck and good luck to others as well.

Never had any issues with the clerks that schedule appointments, they were very kind. But the therapist I was given made me very uncomfortable. She spoke to me about other patients issues in a derogatory way. Which 1. Is inappropriate especially in this field. And 2. I was dealing with some of the issues she was down talking another patient about so I felt i couldn’t comfortably get help here. I thought about switching to another therapist in the building, but due to that experience I could never be comfortable going there. Therapy is supposed to help people so maybe re-evaluate the professionalism & intentions of your staff. Wouldn’t recommend.

It takes forever to be seen by a therapist, you cannot have a consistent schedule with a therapist because they only do three weeks ahead. They messed up on 1 of my scheduled therapy turns out I was dropped from the schedule after scheduling ahead, person I spoke with was not helpful and schedule is booked for 1 month. I really needed to talk to a therapist at that time too. I already switched therapist twice just because of scheduling issues. I really wanted this to work out and not to keep changing therapists.

Initally I thought this might be a good place for my child but after only 2 sessions the last 5 appointments for my son have been cancelled. Even after switching to a councilor who I was told was more reliable the very first appointment was cancelled. It seems they do not care about their clients or the issues they need to discuss.
