Down to earth and highly effective. I had to pay out of pocket for the first couple of sessions and I do not regret spending one red dime on her services. This was for a teenaged family member who told me that she liked Ms.Sandra because she made her "see herself" and insisted that she take accountability. She said Ms. Mason was easy to talk to and was very understanding. I'd definitely recommend.

I started sessions with Mrs. Mason in 2020, and still see her til' this day. I lost my oldest daughter on 12-24-2018, in a car accident. She left behind 6 beautiful kids(2 of them she sees monthly too) I was a MESS!!!! to say the least, but let me tell you-here I am 2 1/2 years later, and my progress is short of a miracle, with all I've gone through. Mrs. Mason is prompt, thorough, and definitely to the point, which is what helped me get through so much pain and grief. She listens, and allows me to do the talking, also to vent, and tell my truth without judgement. This past February, my 10 year old (9 at the time) was diagnosed with Type 1diabetes- he went into a diabetic coma. this harsh reality really had me anxious and fearful, but with Mrs.Mason's help, I am also a soldier winning the war on my emotions, actions, and day to day tasks. The air feel so much more crisp after my sessions with her, and I brag on her every chance I get. My mental is so important, and I would not have it any other way-her being there for me at such traumatic times.

I made an appointment with Sandra Mason. Didn’t want a virtual appointment but that was all she offered and I need to speak with someone. Filled out all this paperwork in the portal, received confirmation of appointment without any details. Day of appointment no call no show. Left messages .

Lacks empathy and was very unprofessional. Unorganized as well. Did not maintain patient confidentiality and divulged information that was supposed to remain confidential. Did not offer therapy but was very judgmental. Would not recommend.
