My family of four, with a teenager and a tween, has been in therapy with Michelle for 6 months now. She has helped us immensely in resolving communication issues we've had for years. She is a great listener, empathetic and skilled at getting us to listen to each other and come up with solutions to our repetitive conflicts. She also interacts with one of our kid's individual therapist to make sure we're all on the same page on progress. I highly recommend Michelle Perovich if your family is stuck in continuous conflict. She will listen to all members and try to get you back on track for better family dynamics. Thank you Michelle!

I cannot say enough great things about working with Michelle. She has been an asset to my family for a few years now. My son was having trouble in Pre k and Kindergarten, and she was flour strongest ally in getting his school system to implement tools to help him. Because of her advocating for him he now has an IEP and tools at his disposal. She has been a rock for my wife dealing with depression. She always has a great attitude and always will to do the extra. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

We recently returned to Michelle after a four-year break, and my how things have changed. She used to be caring and kind. Now all she seems to care about is money. I canceled 43 minutes outside of a 48-hour cancelation window and was charged nearly $200. When I politely asked about this, because I thought it was- like most places - a 24-hour policy, she responded with an absolutely unprofessional and downright rude rant. I gently asked if it was not a common courtesy to mention to someone at the time of cancelation that they’d still be charged and apparently that was ridiculous and ludicrous. (She does have to pay her mortgage, after all, as she not-so-gently reminded me!). In one month, we’ve spent more in cancelation fees than actual therapy. I’m not complaining about the fact that we were charged an exorbitant amount for her doing actually literally nothing - that was apparently in the miles of paperwork we signed at intake. I am complaining about how demeaning and disrespectful her communications to me afterwards were. Sadly, she does not seem to value or care about her clients anymore.
