John Hughes is stellar! Not only has he committed his life to perfecting his EMS, but he’s also a kind human being, who works his students hard while encouraging them along the way.

I did two classes on back-to-back days. The first day was ACLS with eight of us in the class. We were able to run several scenarios with cutting edge interactive mannequins and monitors.

The second day I did PALS. I was the only student in the class. John could have easily canceled the class and moved me to a different day, but he spent the eight hours with me going through all the material and running all kinds of great scenarios.

Both days were great experiences! Thank you, John!

Every class has been top notch-he goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone understands the material and practices skills. His courses make you feel confident in what you’ve learned and I can’t recommend him enough!

I just completed my 13th ACLS Provider course, however this was the first course completion with EMSCES911 and the first time I left the course feeling truly prepared for a cardiac emergency. The instructor (John Hughes) was consistent, knowledgeable and skilled in all things ACLS, and provided an open teaching environment where we could ask questions, reinforce individual knowledge deficits, then put it all into practice as a team. What I appreciated the most was by the time I had reached the course completion, I really felt that I had earned it. I plan to register for PALS and will renew these certs with EMSCES911 in the future.

Highly recommend. I have taken BLS, PALS & ACLS over the past several years with John. He is up to date on the latest changes in practice and engages the whole group in scenarios. He uses new & quality training equipment that is relevant to both pre hospital and in-hospital care providers as well.

John is an incredible instructor. He is very helpful and will answer any questions you ask. The hands-on learning experience that you get in his classes helps save lives. I’m a volunteer fire fighter in a small town so we don’t get many calls, but the knowledge and training experience he gave me in his class I saved a persons life from a fatal gunshot wound and knowing the proper placement of a tourniquet in to get the blood stopped and the proper care after. I highly recommend his courses to anyone in the medical field, first responder or just the average citizen wanting to have medical knowledge for when something bad happens. Thanks John
