I love express not only do they help you find the right job for you they are genuinely interested in your prior work experience and try to find the best job for you. They make you feel confident and are very helpful. Vanessa really helped me out in finding a job for me that I love she was so kind and helpful I would absolutely recommend anyone to go see her. If you’re trying to find yourself something fast, either permanent or temporary I recommend Express. Within days of my interview with them I got a call to have an interview with my current employer. Thank you to Express & their wonderful staff I was able to find myself a job that I ACTUALLY love and that fits me and my schedule. Almost 1 year down and I couldn’t be more grateful. I have been out of work for over a year (constantly looking though). The moment I contacted them for help in finding a job I was told that they generally only accept clients who have been out of work for less than a year, never taking into account that as competitive as the market is some people have been looking for over a year thus the reason I contacted you for help. Never heard from them again. My experience is that you can do better with another agency dedicated to helping everyone.

Extremely poor communication. Reached out and setup a meeting with their team, when I got there the person I setup the meeting with didn't end up being the person I met. After the meeting, the new person never followed up with me at all. I reached back out to see what was going on and no reply. Finally got ahold of someone on the phone and chatted... but no follow up after that either.

After hours person can't help you with anything can't even answer simple question's. I've called repeatedly all week trying to explain the bank information they have is no longer active and to take the number for my new bank and they tell me i have to come in then I continue to explain I work Monday-Friday 5:30am-4pm and I commute from an hour away so I can't make office hour's ever... they just say not my problem so now I'm not getting my check and honestly every job they have found me I've hated i went through imko and first job is just about the best job I've ever had and they actually can answer question's and help so if you're serious about finding a job hit up imko
