I went to Straight Talk years ago before I was a teen (now I’m in my 20s), at the location in Cypress (I’m not sure if they’re still open). Recently I’ve been trying to “get some help” and I’ve been trying to find my old counselor because I remembered she was awesome. Her name is Jordan and I’m kind of hoping she stumbles upon this review.

We go here for a lot of our families needs. They have so many great councilors and resources. They work with what you can afford and make you feel welcome.

If i could,I would give this place 0 stars, my son was on the wait list for 2 months because their availability didn’t fit our schedule so when i realized that 2 months had passed,I called,left a message and they didn’t call me back,i kept calling until they answer the phone for them to tell me that they were not taking insurances,yet they didn’t have the professionalism of calling me once they knew they weren’t taking insurances any more, so we were just on the “waitlist” for 2 months,i asked if maybe we can be seen as cash patients but they said they couldn’t, so there goes my business,i tried to get Darcy,the supervisor to call me because I was really upset with their lack of professionalism yet she never called,i don’t understand how these people carry their business,their lack of communication is horrible!

La FALTA de profesionalismo de un terapeuta y de la oficina. Estoy en terapia de pareja, y hace unos días que tuvimos nuestra sesión sucito que un terapeuta sin profesionalismo y ética estuvo tocando la puerta de una manera insistente que se avía terminado la terapia. Solo por que el quería entrar al cuarto a tener su session.
Y la falta de profesionalismo de parte de la oficina que comentaron que por llegar tarde a sesión, cuando mi Terapista siempre nos da la session de 50 minutos y comienza a contar desde el horario designado ya sea que lleguemos 5 minutos tarde solo nos da 45 min, y se me hace falta de profesionalismo de la oficina mensionar eso, simplemente para cubrir sus faltas de ética de algunos terapeutas sin profesionalismo y de manejo de situaciones, cuando tenían 2 cuartos desocupados ese mismo horario, Ogala Que ese terapeuta sin ética y sin profesionalismo esté manejando bien a su cliente.
