A completely atrocious experience, stay away! The Dr was totally unprofessional and they provided no after care. I had a follow up question and was told to expect a call back within 48 hours which is fine. After the second day I called quite literally 10 times and the only time I was able to get a call back was when I reached a supervisor. Very disappointing. Dr should be ashamed of herself and reevaluate the Hippocratic Oath they took.

I trusted the RIGHT people. My parents told me people discriminate mental problems patients but it been proven AGAIN they were wrong. People here care about the sick people and poor people they will help you if you accept their kindness. There a no shame to get help nor bc you are sick. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have had great experience with Mindpath, both with the office staff and with the psychiatrists. The were all very very helpful, kind, respectful and patient with me. The MDs that I have worked with so far have both been very understanding and made me feel they are on my side, working with me and trying to help, rather than against me, trying to make prove to me that my years of experience has been wrong. Anyway, I've so far been very satisfied.

I am very pleased to have found an excellent fit with Dr Alison Mehta, who, aside of excelling at her profession, is very approachable, down to earth, and makes me feel “at home”. She is very easy to talk to and work with you to find solutions and treatments.
Her Mindpath office staff is also very professional, efficient, and friendly, and follow up diligently with any questions or issues you may have.
Now I have met Dr Erika Pizarro, and she strikes me also as vet dedicated to her patients, very personable and approachable. She listened to my concerns and she works WITH you to find a good treatment fit. A huge detail that may seem small to some, but means a lot, is that she walked me to the door herself, ions the door and greeted me warmly on my way out as she did on the way in.

My provider is knowledgeable and understanding. She is brief and professional, making sure that she understands my details and that understand Her's. Respect and honesty seem important to her.

Psychiatry is not usually pleasant; despite the fact many see dramatic improvement after treatment. With my provider, it is as good as it gets.

Billing and callbacks can sometimes be a pain for left field requests, however day to day questions and scheduling are simple with Mindpath.

Would recommend to those seeking quality care.

I have only done virtual meetings with them but overall my experience has been great with the San Mateo office!
The front office is super responsive, easy to communicate with and has helped even get a workplace accommodation!

Dr. Metha has been empathetic and listened to my mental health needs and has greatly improved my mental health the last three years 🙂
