I started going to Miguel Novo@ Novo Body a few months before my wedding. I needed someone who would take the time and care to not only train me, but also teach me proper techniques in working out, and help me with an eating plan/ calorie/ macro to assist in my endeavor to lose a little weight and tone everything up. He is a one stop shop, he helps with all of it. I’m someone who hates working out and don’t usually do it but after training with Miguel Novo pre-wedding, I liked it so much that I am now continuing to train with him even after my wedding last week. My husband is also now training with him b/c he saw what great results I was getting. I can’t say enough great things about Miguel and Novo Body!!!

I worked out with Miguel for 2 years. The training sessions with Miguel changed my life and transformed my body. I am 42 years old with three kids. Novo is one of those gems you find that are so good, you don’t want to share with anyone else. I am stronger than ever. I am confident in my ability to lift weights from being educated on how to do it with proper form. Attention is paid to each individual even within a group setting which makes it a safe place to push yourself. Miguel is truly invested in his clients’ well being. I’m officially addicted to the way lifting weights makes me look and feel - I love this gym.

The very best place to strengthen your mind and body! I recently began training with Miguel after a friend highly recommended him to me, and I couldn’t be happier. Miguel is extremely knowledgeable on what it takes to transform your body. I have been training with Miguel for the last 3.5 years, and started one on one sessions about 8 months ago. While I made significant strides in my overall fitness prior to the private sessions, I have really been able to increase my strength and improve my overall body composition since making the switch. Miguel has helped me dial in a plan for continued improvement, and I look forward to continuing to work with him.
