I join the gym a couple of months ago. I couldn’t be happier. They have many fun and great classes. The staff is top notch. Especially Nikki and Rose! My favorite class is the boxing fuel 50 class. I like it so much I take the class twice a day. They have all the exercise equipment. Very clean gym. The people who train there are awesome. It’s a positive vibe.

So much, the staff, the atmosphere, the amenities that come with your membership..
oh & THEY HAVE CHILD CARE!

It’s not just a child care where you drop your kid off and you hope that the person that supposed to be watching your children, like some gyms.

No they have a designated child care room, with toys, tv & their own bathroom.
They have a variety of fitness groups, & personal training, even training for young children… what gym do you know that has programs specifically for kids?! They have multiple training groups for kids & different camps throughout the summer.

Tanning, Mystic tan & hydro massage & massage therapist & awesome variety of supplements & a cooler of beverages incase you forget your water.. like me ?
Also, a HUGE bonus.. Shake/Smoothie bar.

I selfishly want to keep this place quiet & to myself.. but when something’s this great, you have to shout about it.

I seriously love this place, the atmosphere, the staff, everything! I feel so comfortable coming here, it’s been a blessing finding this place.

The gym here in Ramona was definitely a great experience. My girlfriend and I came here to get a day pass and try out this gym as we have memberships at 24 hour fitness. We were introduced by Nikki (hope I spelled her name right), who was very hospitable and sweet. She showed us around the entire gym after asking if it was our first time. There was plenty of equipment and all of it was in great shape. We tried the water massage bed which was pretty cool and the tanning bed which was also a good experience. The protein smoothies were great and actually a really good price. It was nice having a gym experience where we felt welcomed by the staff. We will definitely be returning here and considering getting a membership as well!

Been a member for a decade until franchise takeover. Updated and added equipment, clean and well upkept. No room for classes and cost extra on top of your membership. Attitude has changed dramatically. Small gym which gets packed and sometimes the AC isn't even on. Overall annoying gym culture now seems like you have to time your visit because when it gets crowded people are just talking instead of working out. I will not be renewing my contract this year after being a member for years. Better off driving down the hill to an LA Fitness or 24Hour.

Warning if you're Autistic or neurodivergent this is NOT the place. Owner forced me to tell him that I'm autistic by demanding I work in and interact with him. As per ADA this is a big problem. I left and pulled my entire family. He's arrogant and aggressive. No one should be forced to interact with others if they prefer not to. I even politely said that I would give up the machine but he insisted that "I be educated in gym Etiquette because he wants people to talk to each other and interact". Imagine when someone won't let you politely leave a conversation? Dude has serious ego issues.

The Gym Ramona is a great place to workout if you like fun, clean and knowledgeable trainers. The facility is large with lots of options, group classes being my favorite. I have been a member here for several years and enjoy the flexibility of the membership and the convenience of the facility with showers, smoothie bar and childcare options. Management is top of the line and employees are attentive and friendly!!

My spouse and I LOVED this gym. We loved the smoothie bar. Staff was always so friendly. Restrooms and workout area always clean. Best gym experiences we've had, other gyms won't be the same.

I’ve been going to The Gym Ramona for the past two years. Great gym, family owned and family oriented. They really care for their clients, provide a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, with knowledgeable professional trainers. Highly recommend for all ages and fitness levels. Fuel50 is an amazing class!
