Three years ago my wife and I embarked on a journey to build our home in Wright City. We met with Cyrus Zenhari and Joe Courtney! Their experience and great contractors made our dream come true! I have recommended Homes to friends, family, strangers! If I were to build again, I come back to Home Sources! One of the last Home builders that will allow you to complete your home ‼️

Writing this review for Cyrus,
He was our lead construction agent with Home Source.
I had the great chance to get to know him (and be his neighbor for a short time so our family’s got to spend happy times together).
Cyrus’s former experience as a carpanter instilled trust with his high level work ethic and follow through.

Our timing with our home build came with several issues which was what several home buyers/builders had to deal with at that time, but Cyrus’s customer service, attention to detail, love for what he does was/is top of the line and helped complete our home build.

I am in the construction field so I know how hard he works and truly mean it when I say he does good work.

Joe, Cyrus, Mark and the entire team did a great job. Building a custom home is a long and challenging process. The whole team was with us every step of the way. The end product blew us away and the attention to detail was amazing!
This was our second build with HomeSource and I would build with them again.

Terrible company, and a nightmare of an experience. We had the same experience as another client who reviewed them here (amarakone) and who was nice enough to tell me about his when I inquired.
They are incapable of building; 11 months and barely a partially dug foundation, reason(s): lack of leadership, lack foresight, no organizational skills, many mistakes because of poor organization, terrible communication, poorly skilled staff, and the list goes on and on.
They cheat you out of your money once you decide to break the contract because they could not deliver; they stuff the financial sheet with things like payroll taxes of their employees (yes, I cannot make that up!!) and other things. When all was said and done, I ended up handing them 40% over the subcontracting bills, as their fee.
While the experience working with them cost us money, heartache and headache, we honestly dodged a bullet by not continuing with them. There were a lot of signs that we noticed, but did not act on and walk away earlier. lesson learned, but it was pricey!
Beware! if you see the name, walk the other way!
