Rachel's the first personal trainer I've had and she's set such a high bar for any that follow later on. She's incredibly observant and will tailor exercises for you on the spot based on what you need to work on. I gained so much strength working out with her on a consistent basis! Rachel's just also the sweetest and I genuinely look forward to catching up with her on a weekly basis.

Rachel is the real deal when it comes to fitness and health. She is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and effective coach I have ever worked with. I started working with Rachel 6 months after my knee surgery when I was cleared to start lifting weights again. From the way she assessed my movements during our first session to all the adjustments she made throughout every session to ensure that every exercise was safe for me showed me what an incredible coach she is. Her programs are sustainable and clearly well thought out to help me meet my fitness goals. Rachel is motivating without the banal platitudes, she keeps me accountable without shame or guilt, and thanks to her I am the strongest I have ever been in my life. I started with Rachel back in August of 2022 and she is the best trainer I have had the pleasure of working with. I had been out of the gym for quite some time when I came to Rachel after several injuries to my knee and several hundreds of attempts of my own to try to get back on track with my fitness journey. I can know say that I am able to go up and down stairs even run on them pain free! I had not been able to say that since my first knee injury! She is the best hype woman and keeps you motivated to do exercises even when you think you can’t! Her positive attitude is amazing and got me from working out sporadically throughout the month to working out 5-6 times a week pain free! Additional perk was weight loss though this was not primarily my focus but definitely an amazing part of my fitness journey with Rachel! So glad I found her!

Rachel is awesome. I was so scared to start training because I've always been awful at anything physical, but Rachel makes me feel super comfortable. She's totally non-judgmental and very calm in demeanor. She makes adjustments to the exercises if I ever feel any pain so that I can still do it but keep my body safe. I've been working with her for 6 months and I can lift things now that I never thought I'd ever be able to lift. Definitely recommend!

I love working with Rachel. I started working with her 4 months ago and am so happy with my results. I feel stronger and more toned. It's so exciting and rewarding to see my progress. Rachel customizes a program for you and finds the right balance of pushing you but not overdoing it where you feel so sore the next day. I highly recommend working with her!

Rachel is awesome! She is thoughtful in designing your work out plans and makes sure you understand and perform the exercise properly. I worked out with her via zoom and still felt like I had an in-person trainer!
