This clinic is extremely unprofessional. I went to my first appointment in person on July 3 but they told me in order to get a diagnosis I needed a referral from my medical insurance and they told me that THEY were going to contact my insurance to get a referral. A whole month passes by and I don’t get a response from them so I called them to see if my insurance responded and they told “IT’s THE FIRST TIME I’m HEARING ABOUT THIS. YOU ARE THE ONE THAT’s SUPPOSED TO CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE” are you kidding me? You guys told me you were going to do it. Anyway, I call my medical and they approved it after a month cause my medical insurance was extremely unprofessional but anyway, I finally get approved and I contact covenant behavioral health to let them know and I get an appointment at September 11 to get testing for adhd/autism only for them to cancel my appointment cause the doctor is sick so I get rescheduled for September 18. I had an appointment with my college school counselor to get into their program for special needs students and I cancelled that appointment to go to this appointment only for them to cancel my appointment again. Are you guys kidding me? This clinic clearly doesn’t care about their patients. All I want is to get a diagnosis but I keep on going back and forth with them. This is a terrible clinic and only made me stressed out than I already am.

Ervin makes it personable, friendly, easy to communicate, express your feelings. Really relax, argue for a brief moment but the most important thing is be your true self.
The staff is also friendly and the office is well kept.
I will definitely recommend this establishment to friends and family.
