I needed 730 evaluation for child custody, I am on disability trying to protect my son because he has asthma and his mom not taking care of his asthma. Chevez told he well do the 730 for $4000 he requested me to pay him by cash.. He didn't offer me the stipulation for me to sign at the first , he did meet my ex-wife first which he should meet me first since I am the party who requested and paying for it. our first meet went really bad, he started bulling me , he was yelling at me
telling me he doesn't like me and he wants me to pay him $350 and he will not do the 730 I told him I am willing to follow the court orders and gave him $200 .on the second meet where he meet with my son and his mom first , as soon it was my turn he start discussing the fees what the minor counsel gave him was over 2 inch of document and I was trying to give him the last visit of the doctor , he start yelling and throw the papers on the floor and step on them , he told me he will go to the court ask that I will be deny access to the child that happen at front the child and he told me to leave or he will call the police , I did call the police on him . This guy he is crazy, I am reporting to the board....
if you are a father or a mom please stay away from such nut job
For some time he wasn't allowed to do 730 evaluation , it appears there were disciplinary action was against him. when we had our meeting there was a girl was at every meeting, he might hired her so he will have a witness but that is paid employee she will lie to keep her job
