Ashley Hutchinson is literally the best therapist I have ever had! She’s the sweetest! The front desk staff is also super knowledgeable and helpful! I drive all the way from murrieta just because of how awesome everyone is. I totally recommend coming here!

Been a client here for almost 2 months with weekly sessions. Everything started out great, I appreciate Dr Jasmine and all she did to help me - although stating my husband and I got married fast (dated a couple of years) threw me off.
Noticed the bill to my insurance had gone up $25 although my payment hadn't changed, when I called I was told not to worry about it because it doesn't affect how much I pay. That's great, but I feel the client should be notified if session fees go up despite not affecting your portion of the bill.
I also missed one phone session (a prior appointment ran over and I couldn't access my phone) and by the time I could get to my phone my appointment slot had passed. I didn't know you could call/text the third party number they use for sessions and was charged a missed appointment fee, a little over 60% of the session cost. All other therapy centers I've gone to charge 25% or less. I called to ask if they would waive it as a courtesy, explaining my situation, or even charge me a smaller percentage. I received a text later informing me "the boss" said no. Considering I'm coming to them because I need help, they're not very empathetic, especially in the situation I'm in, which they're aware of.

Hello,

As a clinician in the Inland Empire, I find myself needing to keep track of resources for my own clients' needs. TTC is my go to referral for patients in need of mental health services. They are knowledgable, with the most up to date interventions, fair, trustworthy, and a reliable organization. The patients I have sent there, report back to me with a high level of appreciation for the progress they were able to make while working with their talented staff.

I've been doing video appointments for several months with Jason Dar. I was an anxious mess. Jason has given me insight and helped me declutter my mind. He gently guided me back to myself in an understanding and judgement free manner. My confidence has returned. On the few occasions when anxiety returns, I'm able to divert my attention to something relaxing like friends or being outdoors. Jason's words run through my head and I can crush worthless anxiety (usually). He's given me many tools to deal with myself. I've seen several therapists over the years. Jason blows them all away.

Called today because I have been looking for a therapist a month ago a nice lady on the phone told me they were not taking any new patients and told me to call in a month to check availability. So I waited a month and called today to ask the same thing I did last month. The young girl on the phone said “how am I suppose to know when we are going to have availability” and was snickering with a co worker. And said “sorry I don’t know what to tell you”. The thing is personally I’m upset but what makes me even more upset is if they are doing this to other mentally I’ll people, it’s terrible. I’m sure this company is a good company but to have someone on the phone like that makes a bad name for the company. Please be careful how u talk and go about people who are seeking therapy and have problems
